Join us for our Annual Employment Law Luncheon in Sacramento (January 22, 2025) or Stockton (January 23, 2025). Attorneys from our employment law group will brief you on significant legal developments in California and federal employment law, including a review of employment-related legislation and recent court decisions impacting employers in 2025 and onward. Topics discussed will include:

• The mid-2024 PAGA “reform,” including changes to the penalty structure and curing violations
• Modifications to leave related to victims of crime
• Changes impacting discrimination and harassment laws, including intersectionality of protected classes, local government enforcement, and Supreme Court analysis of discriminatory job transfers
• Wage and hour updates, including cases defining “hours worked” and “knowing and intentional” wage statement violations

HR professionals, business owners, in-house counsel, office managers, and front-line supervisors are encouraged to attend.
