CEQA Case Developments - Year in Review
Downey Brand partner and environmental attorney Amy Higuera will be providing a review of CEQA case developments, including exemptions, EIRs, and preemptions at the Bay Planning Coalition’s first briefing of the year on Tuesday, January 30th at 8:35 a.m. in Downtown Oakland.

The program will cover key topics, including:
- Review of CEQA Developments: Gain insights into the changes and implications of recent California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) cases.

- Panel on Climate, Energy & Air Policies: Engage in a timely discussion of climate policies, with a specific focus on GHG threshold policies and their associated development impacts.
- Ex Parte Communications: Participate in a discussion on the rules for ex parte communications when engaging regulatory agencies.
