Associate

Charles (Charlie) Treviño specializes in corporate law with a focus on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts of private companies, recapitalizations, private equity, and venture capital investments.

Charlie brings extensive experience from his previous role as an associate at a large international law firm, where he represented middle-market private equity clients in complex M&A transactions ranging from $15 million to $2 billion.

Charlie earned his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School in 2021, where he contributed to the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance, participated in the Organization and Transactions Clinic, and served as a summer law clerk at BART’s Office of the General Counsel. Before law school, he graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and economics from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Charlie’s strong foundation in finance and economics informs his strategic approach to corporate transactional law, allowing him to provide clients with insightful and financially sound legal advice.
