A focused and diligent advocate who prioritizes his clients’ peace of mind, Josh represents contractors, landowners, developers, and other business interests in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts. He has experience in real estate, land use, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, construction defect, and securities cases. Josh understands the stress and rigor of litigation can be overwhelming and prides himself on alleviating those burdens for clients by providing legal expertise, creative problem-solving, and effective communication at all times.

During his time at the University of California at Davis School of Law, Josh received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. He also held multiple research assistant positions through which he made academic contributions in the fields of land use, business, and employment law.
