Danielle Nafekh Named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder
April 18, 2025
Downey Brand is pleased to announce that Danielle Nafekh has been named a 2025 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder. The Pathfinders initiative is a seven-month long program that provides participants with opportunities to learn from career development experts and top leaders in the legal profession in the areas of foundational leadership and relationship-building.
“I am so excited to be participating in LCLD’s Pathfinders program this year, and to have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a group of dynamic and talented legal professionals. I look forward to bringing what I learn back to our firm to help advance diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization and beyond,” Danielle said.
The Pathfinders program, which serves as a supplement to training initiatives already in place at LCLD-Member corporations and law firms, provides participants with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, cultivating leadership skills, and honing career development strategies.
Danielle is an associate and litigation attorney at Downey Brand whose practice focuses on all aspects of trust and estates disputes, including trust contests, estate litigation, beneficiary rights, and financial elder abuse claims.
This marks the third year in which a Downey Brand attorney has been nominated and selected for LCLD’s Pathfinders program, following Daria Gossett’s selection in 2023. To learn more about LCLD, we you encourage you to visit its website.
