Downey Brand Named a 2023 Best Place to Work by Sacramento Business Journal

Downey Brand is proud to announce that it placed third in the Sacramento Business Journal’s Best Places to Work “large company” category, representing companies with 150-499 employees. It is the firm’s sixth consecutive year of recognition as one of the region’s Best Places to Work.
When accepting the honor on behalf of the firm, Managing Partner Janlynn Fleener shared a simple philosophy:
“We take care of our employees, so our employees can take care of our clients.”
Each year, the Sacramento Business Journal partners with human resources technology company Quantum Workplace to identify some of the Best Places to Work in the Sacramento region. Participating businesses’ employees are polled about what works and what doesn’t in their workplaces, and the top-ranked businesses are honored as part of the Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards.
