Downey Brand has made 621 Capitol Mall its home since 2008, when the firm became the building’s anchor tenant. The firm will be reducing its current footprint by 10,000 square feet and investing in improvements to create workspace efficiencies that align with its commitment to sustainability and hybrid work. The new 50,000 square foot space will be enhanced through modern amenities, state-of-the-art technology, and a flexible layout.
