Downey Brand Named a 2024 Best Place to Work by Sacramento Business Journal

October 7, 2024

Downey Brand is proud to announce that it was named a Best Place to Work by the Sacramento Business Journal in the “large company” category, representing companies with 150-499 employees. This is the firm’s seventh consecutive year of recognition as one of the region’s Best Places to Work.

Cindy Snook, Downey Brand’s Director of Human Resources, said, “Being honored as a Best Places to Work year after year speaks volumes about the positive culture we’ve built here. Downey Brand is about more than just doing great work – it’s about creating a space where each individual at our firm feels appreciated for their unique contributions and empowered to reach their full potential. It’s incredibly rewarding to see our commitment to our employees’ satisfaction and success recognized in this way.”

Each year, the Sacramento Business Journal partners with employee engagement data company Quantum Workplace to identify and celebrate employers with high employee satisfaction in the Sacramento region. Participating businesses’ employees are surveyed about what works and what doesn’t in their workplaces, and the businesses that receive high scores are honored by the Business Journal as Best Places to Work.
